ABOUT US
Transformative Education Collective is a social enterprise - net positive impact company - that applies advanced practitioner level knowledge of educational practices with theoretical concepts that are the foundation of policy. Our role is Praxis: aligning theory into practice with effective strategies that have demonstrable outcomes and develop self-efficacy in organizations and individuals. We leverage policy actors that are at the leading edge of reform for social, educational, and environmental justice in order to create bespoke program offerings, training and development content, tailored road maps, concrete metrics, program evaluation, grant acquisition projects, and more that align with enhancing the quality of systems level policies and local impact. Our drive is for maximum social good output, re-configured systems and organization transactional approaches to intersect with individuals and provide a transformative human-centered outcome.
To ensure the mission of TEC, we encourage open transparency in justice reform and let human-centered outcomes take a primary role. We develop our content and resources with everyone in mind. Our resources are available for download, share-alike, and non-commercial use by Creative Commons 4.0 License.
TEC does ask for compensation for our time and expertise when performing work, but we also develop original content we think should be shared globally, at no cost. All we ask is that you credit us as the original producers of the document/content.
